Parsotam Parmar is the Director is VRP Group Pty Ltd, trading as Mother India Vegetarian – which operates as a dine-in and takeaway Indian restaurant, in Bedford in Perth.

The trading concept is on the preparation and presentation of modern Indian vegetarian cuisine – “heroing” the authenticity of its flavors, spices, and culture of India.

Mother India Vegetarian indulges in the vibrant flavors and rich traditions of Indian street food.  Mother India Vegetarian offers a variety of traditional, authentic, and modern-day Indian fusion dishes with a range of options that are healthy and delicious.

The restaurant is located on Walter Road in Bedford.  It is very visible from the main road and has ample street parking at its doors and in neighboring side streets.

The restaurant has been trading under current management since October 2024 and it has quickly become a local “favorite” – proven by the consistency in customer reviews and the 4.5 Star Google Rating out of 552 independent reviews.

Previously operating as a sole trader business, Mother India Vegetarian is now a proprietary limited company, and the intention is to become a Sponsored Employer business and to employ a number of staff who are skilled in Indian cuisine.  The intention is to establish a second restaurant in the South of Perth in 2025 and consider further stores in other states in the years ahead.

The ongoing success of Mother India Vegetarian will be in its ability to remain “current” to its core demographic – in that the business will continue to evolve to customer feedback, market trends, and industry evolution.
